Coaching is about helping you help yourself. I see myself as a solution-oriented coach who supports you in recognizing your strengths and resources, defining and achieving your goals, and finding your own path.
In this process, we primarily focus on the future, without dwelling too much on the past. We will work together to find solutions rather than solely focusing on the problem.
I will listen to you holistically and empathetically, activating your own inner resources.
Whether it's in a professional or personal context, coaching can be beneficial.
Coaching is not therapy, treatment, or diagnosis. For profound psychological issues, a psychotherapeutically trained doctor is the best point of contact.
I am a member of the German DFC Coaching Association (Deutscher Fachverband Coaching, DFC). This membership represents a high level of quality in coaching training. In my coaching practice, I adhere to the quality standards and values and ethics guidelines of the DFC.
Every coaching experience is unique because it is tailored to YOU. I take the time to listen to you and make a proposal on how the coaching can be customized to address your specific needs and goals.

The first appointment serves to understand your concerns in detail and define a clear goal for our coaching work together. We will also develop a plan for the upcoming coaching sessions and determine the framework of our collaboration.
The first appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Together, we will examine the path to your goal. We will explore the strengths and resources you already possess and identify any factors that have hindered you from achieving your goals so far. Then, we will employ various tools to create movement and progress towards your desired outcome. We will develop a plan and ensure that it is feasible for you to implement.
This process often takes between 2 to 5 sessions of 50 minutes each.
At the end of our journey together, we will review whether all of your goals have been achieved and if there are any remaining points that we may want to adjust together.

After the first full hour of 60 minutes, you can also get support for easy, quick questions at a low cost: only 15€ per 15 minutes of effort, or 10€ per 5 minutes of effort.
