I am a trained business coach and I look forward to accompanying you on your journey towards your goals. I bring a broad range of experience, whether it's in academia, an international career, or within the business context of pharmaceutical industry-focused consulting. I am excited to combine both strands with you and develop your goals.
On our shared journey, it is important to me that we not only approach things seriously but also enjoy the process and have fun working together. Respect, reliability, and compassion are very important to me.
If we work together, we can meet in person in the Cologne area or connect online from anywhere in Germany using online tools.
In Cologne, I live with my family in the peaceful west, surrounded by forests and lakes.

- Over 11 years of experience in an international consulting firm with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
- Over 10 years of experience in management and leadership, working with teams and within projects, as well as involvement in business unit management.
- 10 years of experience in academia and international research as a biology student, Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, and post-doctoral researcher in Cell Biology, with stints in Ulm (University of Ulm), Potsdam (Max-Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology), and Versailles (INRA Versailles).
- Several years of living abroad in Versailles and Paris, France.
- Languages: German, English, French.
